As part of my graphic design journey, I’ve combined creative book cover design and Photoshop mock-ups to showcase my expertise in branding, layout, and presentation. Both projects allowed me to explore visual storytelling and deliver professional-grade mock-ups to clients.
BOOK COVER DESIGN
For the Book Cover Design project, I developed creative concepts for both fictional and real-world book covers. I ensured that each design aligned perfectly with the tone, mood, and genre of the book. This project helped me hone my skills in balancing visuals, effective typography, and brand consistency to create compelling covers that resonate with the target audience.
– Skills Acquired: Layout design, typography, and branding.
– Tools Used: Photoshop Text Layers, Photo Editing, Masking, Smart Objects, Color Palettes, Bleed and Exporting.
PHOTOSHOP MOCK-UPS
The Photoshop Mock-ups project allowed me to present design concepts in a realistic setting. From t-shirts to business cards and product packaging, I used mock-ups to visualize how the final products would look in real life. These mock-ups were an excellent way to showcase design versatility and give clients a tangible sense of the finished product.
